Trade-basis sale

Goods are sold on a trade basis. By placing an order with us you confirm you are buying as a business and not as a consumer, and you accept that you are not protected by the consumer legislation that safeguards non-trade buyers.

No returns, no refunds

No returns will be accepted, and no credit will be provided for any orders.

All merchandise sold on this site is sold without any form of warranty or guarantee. Some products are known to be non-functional or untested. Our pricing reflects this condition, and these items cannot be returned or refunded.

Buyer's responsibility

Once stock has been delivered, the purchaser assumes full responsibility for any issues that arise. StockBee does not compensate for faults discovered after resale or during subsequent use.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives lost or damaged via courier, please contact us within 3 working days and we'll work with you to resolve the issue with the courier.

Statutory rights

This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have to the extent that such rights are not excluded or limited under these terms and conditions.
